1. Who We Are

EAZR Digipayments Pvt Ltd ("EAZR", "we", "us") is a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"). We provide an AI-powered insurance intelligence platform that helps users manage, analyse, and optimise their insurance portfolios.

2. Data We Collect

  • Identity data: Name, phone number, date of birth, gender
  • Insurance documents: Policy PDFs and images you upload for analysis
  • Chat data: Conversations with Hibiscus AI including questions and advice given
  • Device data: Device tokens for push notifications (optional)
  • Usage data: Feature usage, session activity, and interaction patterns

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Analyse insurance policies and identify coverage gaps
  • Provide personalised AI-powered insurance recommendations
  • Send renewal reminders and coverage alerts
  • Improve our AI models and service quality
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Basis (DPDP Act)

We process your data based on your consent (DPDP Act Section 6). You provide consent when you create an account and agree to these terms. You may withdraw consent at any time through Settings > Privacy or by contacting us.

5. Your Rights (DPDP Act Section 6)

  • Right to access: View all data we hold about you (Settings > Privacy > Export Data)
  • Right to correction: Update your profile and data at any time
  • Right to erasure: Delete all your data permanently (Settings > Privacy > Delete Data)
  • Right to data portability: Export your data as a ZIP archive
  • Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw processing consent at any time
  • Right to grievance redressal: Contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@eazr.in

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain an anonymised audit record for 90 days for legal compliance, then permanently delete it. Insurance documents are deleted immediately upon request.

7. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel. We conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

8. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • AI service providers (DeepSeek, Anthropic, OpenAI) for policy analysis — data is processed but not stored
  • Cloud infrastructure providers (AWS) for data storage
  • Law enforcement when required by law
