1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EAZR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by EAZR Digipayments Pvt Ltd ("EAZR", "we"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

EAZR is an AI-powered insurance intelligence platform. We help you:

  • Upload and analyse insurance policy documents
  • Identify coverage gaps and optimisation opportunities
  • Get AI-powered insurance advice through Hibiscus AI
  • Manage your family's insurance portfolio
  • Track policy renewals and receive timely reminders

3. Important Disclaimer

EAZR does not sell insurance. We are an information and analysis platform. Our AI-generated analysis and recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or insurance advice. Always consult a licensed insurance advisor before making insurance decisions.

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid Indian phone number to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One account per person; no sharing or reselling

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload fraudulent or forged documents
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI system
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Overload the Service with automated requests beyond rate limits

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the documents you upload. EAZR retains ownership of all analysis, AI models, platform code, and service infrastructure. You grant us a limited licence to process your uploaded documents for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with the DPDP Act 2023.

8. Subscription Plans

The Service offers Free, Pro, and Family plans. Plan limits (conversation quotas, upload limits) are enforced automatically. We reserve the right to modify plan features with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EAZR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from insurance decisions made based on our analysis.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
